Wait on LASIK: Latttice degeneration is a thinning of your retina, and may lead to a retinal tear or retinal detachment. It is strongly advised to see a retina specialist before having LASIK. The retina specialist may need to perform preventative laser to the retina prior to LASIK.

No effect: If you have lattice you can still get LASIK. The result is unrelated to the lattice and the LASIK will make no changes in the lattice. The outcome is entirely due to the measurements of the eye and the skill of the surgeon.
