Can i have lasik if i have lattice degeneration. is it safe?

You can have LASIK: LASIK modifies the front of the eye and does not impact the retina at the back of the eye. Lattice does increase the risk of retinal detachment but that risk is the same whether or not you have LASIK. If you qualify otherwise for LASIK, there is no reason not to go forward.
