Online and referrals: I would contact your primary care md or bariatric surgeon if you have had bariatric surgery. Otherwise, i would search for local plastic surgeons that have experience with massive weight loss patients.

The back lift: Is done by plastic surgeons who have a practice that treats people with massive weight loss. They'll have done plenty of lower body lifts and bra-line (back) lifts. So, start there....All the best!

Start wtih ASPS: Find a surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery - they have a much more rigorous and comprehensive training, so ensuring the surgeon is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery is a great place to start. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons has a very nice "find a doctor" section (https://find.plasticsurgery.org/) where you can filter by location and procedure.
