None: Websites are usually paid advertising. Ask your local doctor or ob/gyn, or people you know who have had cosmetic surgery.

They vary...: Many have sponsorship programs by which doctors without many good reviews can pay to get their profiles featured highly. Other sites "filter" reviews of those who don't advertise. Just be careful. The actual reviews can be helpful though. :).
