Depends on insurance: Yes you will need a pcm referral if mandated by your insurance plan in order to achieve coverage of a reconstructive procedure, . If this is deemed to be for a cosmetic procedure, a referral may be useful to seek the skills of a qualified surgeon but not necessary.
