A member asked:

What foods help you feel better? like helping with pain, depression etc.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Glycemic issues: Some foods seem to cause increased inflammation, such as the night-shade group, red meats, and of course, food additives such as monosodium glutamate, nitrites, aspartame, which are best to fully avoid. Might watch out for foods increasing blood sugar, and white items such as white bread, rice, potatoes.
