Cipro (ciprofloxacin): Given that you are in the U.S. The pharmacist would have given you specific instructions about what to be avoided with cipro. Dairy would be on that list. Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Robaxin would not be on the list of drug interactions. So, yes to the medications you describe and no to the ice cream.
