Okay to take: Cipro (ciprofloxacin) can be taken with or without food. But it should not be taken with dairy products (like milk or yogurt) or calcium-fortified juices alone. It should be taken twice a day about 10 to 12 hours apart, unless you are instructed by your doctor to take it differently.
