Dermatology: what treatment, if any, is out there that has no downtime for spider veins on the upper front legs and the nose?

Veins: Laser (for facial veins)and sclerotherapy (for leg veins) are often used to treat small blood vessels. Temporary bruising and rare scarring may occur. Consult with your physician.

No downtime: When treating spider veins, no downtime should be necessary, regardless of the treatment used. You will get some bruising, maybe have some minor discomfort, and possibly some mild swelling in the treated areas, but that shouldn't keep you from doing anything. If you have laser treatment, you will need to avoid being in the sun for prolonged periods of time, so summertime is not ideal for laser.

Laser, sclerotherapy: Your nose veins should be treated with laser. Depending on what the veins on your thigh are from they can be treated with sclerotherapy. Laser tends to be less effective here. Neither has any downtime.

Only treatment that: has no downtime is lasers for spider veins (but even with this procedure you can get scabbing and crusting but no stockings or exercise free periods required). Lasers for vessels on nose typically do not have downtime
