Aside from legs, can venous insufficiency also affect the rest of your body? like your arms, neck, or back (that's where pain also shows up & pain meds aren't helping. tried many first line treatments also. now considering going down the vein route?

Venous insufficiency primarily affects the lower extremities as the blood has to go up to the heart against gravity. Not so in the rest of the body- so it is very rare. Pl do not self diagnose it as a cause of your pain as there are many more other reasons which are commoner. Suggest consult an academic center. Wish you relief
