26m with asymptomatic asystole pauses ranging from 2-4.6 second ive had the following tests as investigative follow up. sleep study normal echo &ecg normal mri essentially normal with borderline evidence of late gad enhancement. should i beworrid?

Does this mean you haven't been evaluated with a cardiac monitoring to determine whether you have intermittent AV block,sinus arrest,or SA block to account for these pauses?. I would think that thorough outpatient monitoring would take precedence over echo& cardiac MRI in evaluating your arrythmia. You would require a permanent pacemaker in view of such prolonged pauses if documented & sustained.
