Not a problem: The medicine will not make the uveitis worse.

Isotretinoin Danger: Isotretinoin or Accutane can cause permanent debilitating meibomian gland dysfunction and dry eye as well as serious GI issues. Get a meibography before using it. More info at Eyedoc2020.blogspot.com
