Healthy Living: Yes. Of course. There is regular and active exercise; there is meditation and/or yoga; there is weight loss and improved eating with less sugar and more proteins in the diet.

BP natural remedies : Before trying natural remedies to lower your bp, see if weight loss or ingesting less salt in your diet is a viable option. You are already on some medication and it is possible to increase the dose of ramipril to 20 mg/day, the maximum, to see if you can lower your bp. As you get older, you may need more than one drug to control your bp. Ask your doctor for more help to answer your question.
