Fruit and Health: Besides minimal vitamins there is no other medical benefits to eating fruit. In people who are not obese or not diabetic there is no harm in including this in your diet. But, if you must watch your weight or have any sugar issues fruit is 100% sugar calories.

Antioxidants : Citrus is a rich source of antioxidant phytonutrients including flavanones, anthocyanins, limonin & polyphenols. Citrus reduces risk of heart disease, cancer, kidney stones, ulcers & arthritis. I advise the whole fruit though juice is ok if fresh-squeezed. The peels have great benefits too! see http://www.Whfoods.Com/foodstoc.Php and click on oranges, grapefruit & lemon/limes for details!
