Symptoms depend: On how large. If it becomes large enough, it can cause space problems. If it is a fibroid, it can infarct and lose its blood supply, it can also turn into malignancy, although this is unlikely. Uterus gets enlarged because of hormone effects or with fibroid. Consult a gynecologist on best way to treat it.
