When cleared by doc: You should be able to begin trying after you are cleared by your surgeon. You should also confirm with the doctor why you have not been able to get pregnant. That way you and your doctor can see if other fertility treatments may be needed. Most can still get pregnant even before a uterine septum is removed. Confirm there are no other issues.
