Av0cado facials: For most people avocado facials would not hurt. If any thing they can provide moisture and lubrication to the skin. Some people can be allergic to avocado. If they eat avocado, melons , bananas etc they can have itching in the mouth. This is known as oral allergy syndrome. These people are usually very allergic to pollen also one can also develop contact rash or dermatitis with avocado skin.

Nutritional balance: Tasty avocado contains small amount of fat, but mostly the good monosaturated fat. It contains no cholesterol or sodium (salt). It contains good amount of fiber and about 20 natural vitamins. Anything in excess is not good, even water. Is it good to moderately consume avocado? I would say yes. Yum yum. Eat well, exercise regularly, sleep adequately, and see doc for preventive care. Good luck.

Avocados = GOOD fat!: Many vegetable fats are good for you, especially olive oil. The fat in avocados is also good for you in moderation. One a day should not be a problem unless it's part of a fad diet.
