Can avocado inpove my health?

Not by themselves: Avocados have unsaturated fats, which help bring down bad (ldl) cholesterol. They can be part of an overall healthy diet that includes whole grains, fruits and vegetables, and lean protein.

Avocado: Avocados reduce the appearance of age spots, help reduce signs of skin aging and heals dry skin and eczema. Large amounts of sterolins, a protein proven to reduce the appearance of age spots, scars and sun damage, are found in avocados. Avocado oil contains the highest amount of sterolins in the fruit, making it an ideal ingredient in skin moisturizers marketed to people with dry skin.

It contains vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin E, glutathione beta-sitosterol which helps to decrease cholesterol levels and both polyphenols & flavonoids which are anti-inflammatories.
