See an ENT doctor: May be difficult to cure mastoiditis if that is present (fluid alone is non-diagnositic of this). It is also difficult to know whether the organism (if any) is sensitive to amoxicillin, or you are getting an appropriate dose regimen. See an ENT doctor and have this thoroughly evaluated.
