i have developed high tolerance to caffeine. rooted from college years. 1 or 2 or even 3 cups wont cut it. not addicted, but any substitutes?

Humans do not need..: You do not need caffeine. It is a drug and a stimulant. There are no known benefits to your health and thus there would be no substitute to offer in it's place.
