Caffeine: Caffeine has a tolerance and withdrawal cycle. If your tolerance is high, you may be especially vulnerable to its effects and needing more of the substance for the desired effect. I would talk to your doctor about a plan to reduce, then eliminate caffeine from your diet. This will reset any tolerances (eventually) and perhaps help you live without or use more safely.
