How long should the effects of a 200mg caffeine pill last? i think my tolerance is high. i have between 400-600mg a day.

Caffeine : Caffeine pills are very dangerous. Could lead to rapid heart beat, palpitations, elevated blood pressure, mood changes, and insomnia. One to cups of coffee per day might be beneficial for health. Drink your coffee in moderation. Stay away from caffeine pills.
