Internal pressures: You can try a decongestant like pseudoephedrine. What you are experiencing are pressure changes in the partially deranged eustacian tubes due to changes in atmospheric pressure. You might also try simple saline/bicarb irrigation of the nose and sinuses using a neti-pot. Would love to know whether this works. Good luck and stay grounded.

Eustschian tube: Eustschian tube treatment options are somewhat limited, but there are a few things beyond the typical ear tubes, although they are an option.To at least be aware if. Medical treatment consists of oral decongestants and nasal steroid sprays. Sometimes, we'll give oral steroids, but that is only short term. A relatively new option is a balloon dilation procedure. It actually works quite nicely.
