Ears probs: The clicking sound is probably from your jaw if you clench or grind your teeth. The eutachian tube dysfunction can cause fluid build up behind the ear drum and cause a feeling or ear fullness. It may lead to middle ear infections.

Eustachian tube: Eustachian tube dysfunction may manifest with congestion in the sinuses on the affected side, troubles with nasal breathing, muffled hearing, congested ear, headache. Clicking noises with yawning or swallowing would be more suggestive of TMJ dysfunction.
