ENT vertigo: Most likely the vertigo or dizziness is caused by something other than TMD or TMD therapy. You should see an ENT specialist and have an exam. They should be able to help you

Yes: Yes, imbalance (not spinning vertigo) is a common TMJ symptom. Start with your MD. If he says TMJ, see a TMJ expert. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.
