Yes: Blockage of the eustachian tube, can cause fluid build up in your middle ear, which could also cause issues with your inner ear, causing vertigo. If this is the cause, the treatment would be to either reduce the inflammation in the area, relieve the congestion or both. This is usually done with antibiotics, but I like to prescribe steroids.
