No & Yes: You are an emancipated minor having a child of your own.This means legally you make decisions about your child, including who can and can't see her. However, if you are still living at home and she is supporting you, the two of you will have to work out your differences about the involvement of the father. It is her house and her rules. Your other option is move out, but then you lose her help.
