My left knee makes a popping and creaking sound when i bend it. when it makes the sound it hurts but feels fine anytime else. should i worry?

No : Creaking and popping sounds are normal. Worry if it locks or gives out on you . If the pain worsens seek help. I've after use , heat imbetween , take into inflammatory meds to help with discomfort . Don't stop moving!
