Why do my knees always make a popping sound when i shake them? my knees sometimes feel like they lock up, however, i can still move and bend my legs with no problem. i have no pain in my knees, but i've had this issue for a while. any concern?

Popping sound: Since you're not experiencing any other significant knee symptoms the popping sound most likely is just build-up of gas in the joint fluid that gets released on joint motion. An orthopedic specialist can advise you further.
