Right ventricle: R vent conduction delay, or right bundle branch block, can be a incidental finding without any effects, but also can be seen in some structural heart problems, like atrial septal defect (hole in atrium septum). A cardiologist can help, perhaps with an echocardiogram of the heart to rule out structural problems.
