Peds cardiologist: Treatment will depend on the underlying reason for right ventricular conduction delay in a 6 year old. See a pediatric cardiologist for discussion on treatment options. Miami, FL came up as your location, if so, ask your pediatrician for a referral to the Miami Children's Hospital Pediatric Cardiology Department or another cardiology group.

Right ventricle: R vent conduction delay, or right bundle branch block, can be a incidental finding without any effects, but also can be seen in some structural heart problems, like atrial septal defect (hole in atrium septum). A cardiologist can help, perhaps with an echocardiogram of the heart to rule out structural problems.
