Agree with prior ans: To best of my kowledge, rv conduction delay (rvcd) and ist are unrelated. Rvcd is often a computer generated reading, and is often an over-call. There is a normal variat called the "crista pattren" which results in the reading of rvcd. Agree that you should see a cardiologist just to be sure, but chances are it will turn out to be a benign finding.

Need the tracing: To more accurately comment on your ECG interpretations, it would be advantageous to obtain a copy of the actual tracing.
