Not always the same: A block is permanent whereas a conduction delay does not say anything about the cause & can be temporary. While RVCD and RBBB are correlated, they are not synonymous. Diagnosis of RBBB depends on the pattern & oftentimes a repeat EKG. Noncongenital QT prolongation can be due to electrolyte disturbance or Medications like Cipro or Haldol.
