Adenoids: At your age, the likelihood of your adenoids causing any particular problem would be quite unusual. For most patients, the adenoid pad gets smaller by the time they reach age 12. Allergies, sinus infection and reflux can cause then to stay enlarged, though. If there were enlarged, removal can often change the voice, but whether your singing voice would be improved is impossible to predict.
