Learn How: You have a plethora of options. Learning biofeedback, tai chi, deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation & meditation are great. Consider cognitive behavioral therapy. Pyschoeducation, qi gong, exercise, acupuncture & yoga are other approaches. Sometimes psychiatric medications are indicated.
