Telmasartan 20 mg: It's a good antihypertensive. Is it working? Has your BP come down? Did you measure your BP at complete rest? If the med was prescribed for htn, you probably should keep taking it! don't be concerned about a single measurement - BP fluctuates. Look at the averages.
