My sister is suffering from migraine from last 4-5days the pain is not tolerable and she have blood vomits 1or 2 times daily we take 10 different medications in last 4 days but there is no relief?

Your sister is almost certainly developing worsened headaches secondary to the multiple medications (medication overuse headaches). She is advised to have her doctor help her taper off all of these if possible, and get an experienced neurologist involved ASAP.
