What to do if i have strange feeling in my back right head, could it be brain tumor?

Unlikely: Brain tumors typically cause neurological symptoms like headaches which are typically progressive and worse in the mornings. Seizures occur frquently and vision may get worse. I doubt that you have any such issues to worry about having a brain tumor.
