Sure: Depending on what tendon you are referring to your pectoralis muscle on that shoulder may be larger due to a greater dependence on this muscle for function. Alternatively, it could also explain if that side is smaller as well as you may have weakness on that side resulting in the assymmtery. Difficult question to answer w/o further info.
