In certain positions 1 shoulder blade sticks out way more than other, also same side of neck a muscle/tendon from ear to shoulder is prominent, no pain/movement loss, what could cause this?

LTN: Sounds like injury to the long thoracic nerve or cranial nerve 11. Any trauma history? If not, then is there any imaging of the neck and ribs?

Scapular winging: This sounds like it could be scapular winging. It is usually due to weakness of a muscle called the serratus anterior, trapezius, rhomboid muscle or levator scapulae muscle due to a nerve injury. The levator goes from the area of the ear to the shoulder, so it may be a problem with this muscle.
