Child hit his head: As long as your child did not loose consciousness and feels fine after the injury, has no headache, nausea or vomiting, persistent dizzyness and headache and is acting noemally, you can just observe him at home for next 12 to 24 hours and if there is any change in his condition then you need to take him to your doctor or emergency department.

Monitor closely: A child's age, mental health status, and degree of force need to be take, in consideration before assuming things will be ok.Young infants, children with changes in behavior or physical status and those who have suffered a signifcant blow to the head, should be ssen or at the very least discussed with your md.Any anomalies during next fre days call or see md asap, safe better than sorry.
