Observation ok.: It is unlikely that an infant would exert enough pressure to cause a serious head injury just by rolling and hitting her head against the floor or door frame, and you report that the baby played and fed before falling asleep, both good signs. Falling off the bed or sofa head first, immediate lethargy, or vomiting would be more worrisome. Unfortunately, there will be more tumbles in her future

Head: No, especially if the baby is acting fine. Watch for extreme irritability, vomiting in the first 4-12 hrs after any potential injury, and if so then ER. But if the baby was on the floor and rolled and hit head, that mechanism of injury shouldn't be severe. If fell off bed onto hardwood floor, then different story.
