trachea moving side to side. excessive burping.feeling different. feeling wider. is it dangerous?

Trachea moves : Normally from side to side. Easiest thing to do is go to the hospital, get a chest xray, make sure you don't have a pneumothorax, and come home if you are ok. Worst thing would be you would go into respiratory distress and have difficulty breathing.
