Probably not cancer: Given those set of symptoms, would think more about GI origin and musculoskeletal, but definitely should be evaluated further. A ct of chest would rule out or rule in lung pathology which may be considered.

Hello, the back of my neck has been in constant pain when I'm not sleeping. It's usually on the left side and I also experience chest pain constantly, pressure on my head, dizziness, shortness of breathe, anxiety, and general discomfort.
I sleep on my side and usually rest my head on my left arm. Wake up sore with chest and shoulder aches. How do I change this bad habit? (heart is ok)
