It is likely that: you have some gallbladder or liver issues that would require help from a healthcare provider. There are OTC meds such as Mylanta or Maalox that you can get for gas and indigestion, which could relieve some of our symptoms. However if you continue to have these problems despite temporary relief from the OTC meds above, you will need an ultrasound and some blood tests to rule out more serious Dx.

Consider bacterial: I agree with gallbladder or liver problems being possible. Also, you should be evaluated for SIBO, Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth, which also has the same symptoms and is harder to find. This evaluation is done with a breath test. You can call Genova Diagnostics Laboratory and find a physician local to you who performs this test. If worse with probiotics, almost certainly SIBO.
