I did something stupid. about a week ago for 3 days i was moving my trachea side to side because it felt weird. it was making cracking sounds or popping. would physically moving it right to left cause damage trachea ? like collapse ? concerned ?

Application of too much force on the trachea could damage the trachea but not the type you may have used moving in unless there is underlying connective tissue problems. The trachea has stiff rings that prevents collapse so you are unlikely to have caused collapsed trachea.
