Can your trachea be ripped out by you moving it left and right? i was feeling my throat and had the dumb idea to put my fingers on either side of trachea and go side to side. feels pushed out now, hurting and sore throat. what damages can that cause?

Very very unlikely. You probably traumatized it a bit by attempting to move it which resulted in some inflammation or mild trauma. Leave it alone, take some tylenol or ibuprofen for the pain and it should resolve in short while.
