53f for 3 days, ive been feeling pressure around my xiphoid process. feels like my intestines moving wildly. palpitations. felt like couldnt breathe because theres something in my stomach. buscopan helped a bit but it made me burp 30x. whats this?

Xyphoid process is not the location of the intestines. Your symptoms may be due to the following conditions: anxiety or panic disorder, cardiac condition or stomach issue. Your medical history and a thorough physical exam are required for an accurate diagnosis. Antispasmodic medication like Buscopan is less likely helpful. Please see your doctor if symptoms still bother you too much.
