Reset required: The most important step in treatment is taking to stay up during the day, be exposed to sunlight, (esp in afternoon), avoid all stimulating substances (e.g. Caffeine) after mid-day, and make sure that no matter what time you actually fall asleep at, you wake up at the same time every day.
