Sleep longer/better: Some people need 9 hours instead of 8 hours. Sleep quality is very important also. For instance, obstructive sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome etc. Will affect your sleep. See your doctor to check if there is any sleep disorders and any illness like anemia, hypoythyroidism, depression etc causing your fatigue.

SLEEP: It means, u are sleeping 10 hours at night, still tired. 9 hour sound sleep should be enough. U didn't mention weight and health condition. Excessive snoring with obstructive sleep apnea, enlarged tonsil and adenoids, nasal blockage/allergies, mouth breathing, asthma, smoking, drug abuse etc. And some other illnesses can cause poor sleep with daytime sleepiness and tiredness. Check with your doc.
